Returns
For Vilight Beauty products purchased online, the Right of Withdrawal of art. 64 and ss. of the Legislative Decree 206/05 The Right of Withdrawal applies only to goods not taken over or, if taken over, returned intact with original seal and unhandled packaging with return shipping costs covered by the consumer. Refunds
The refund is made following the consumer who exercises the right of withdrawal as illustrated in the question “Is it possible to cancel an order”. The consumer must communicate his Paypal coordinates in the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or in the absence of Paypal coordinates, his bank details. In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, the name of the Paypal account or bank details must correspond exactly to the name of the consumer who has exercised the Right of Withdrawal.
